VENTILATOR MASK
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and in particular, to a ventilator mask.
BACKGROUND In modern clinical medicine, ventilators, as effective artificial alternative means for the autonomous ventilation function, have been commonly used for respiratory failures caused by various reasons, anesthetic respiration management during major surgeries, respiratory support treatment, first aid and resuscitation, and play an important role in the field of modern medicine. The ventilators are vital medical facilities that can prevent and treat respiratory failures, reduce complications, and save and prolong a patient's life. The use of a ventilator provides an approach of delivering oxygen required for breathing into the lungs of humans by means of an oxygen mask. Most of existing masks, as shown in FIG. 1, are in contact with human faces by means of a protruding edge structure 01. To reduce pressure on the face, some masks can be provided with elastic layers on their protruding edge structures 01, thus allowing them to fit the human faces more gently. However, this fails to make a mask more adaptable to a face contour with a risk of pressure ulcers. In view of the above, the inventors have been actively making research and innovation based on years of rich practical experience of working on the engineering application of such products and expertise in combination with utilization of theories, attempting to create a more practical ventilator mask.
SUMMARY To solve the problem in the prior art, the present invention provides a ventilator mask. To achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions. A ventilator mask includes: a mask body having an extension part for extending adaptively to a human face; and a flexible fitting band made of rubber for covering the extension part; where the flexible fitting band includes: a fixing part for fitting a rear face, relative to the human face, of the extension part; a fitting part disposed on a side, close to the human face, of the extension part; and a connecting part for connecting the fixing part and the fitting part; where a plurality of columns which extend through and are fixedly connected to holes in the extension part are evenly disposed on the fixing part; adjusting cavities for covering ends of the columns are formed in the fitting part; and a distance between a portion of the fitting part and the extension part is adjusted by inserting the columns in the adjusting cavities at a depth.
Further, a portion, fitting the human face, of the fitting part is of a curved surface structure.
Further, a shape of the flexible fitting band is obtained by scanning a contour along an edge contour line of the extension part.
Further, an external contour of a portion, fitting the human face, of the contour, is circular-arc-shaped.
Further, an interior of the fitting part is of a cavity structure.
Further, an outer surface of the fitting part is sunken inwards to form the adjusting cavities.
Further, an exterior of each of the adjusting cavities formed by sinking of the fitting part is of a planar structure.
Further, a protruding edge parallel to the fixing part is formed on an inner wall of the connecting part; and a gap between the fixing part and the protruding edge allows an edge of the extension part to be inserted therein.
Further, the bottom of each of the columns is shaped as a cone, and the top of the cone is a cylinder.
With the technical solution, the present invention achieves the following beneficial effects: According to the invention, a flexible fitting band is provided for flexible adjustment of an extension part which is rigid. The adjustment is specifically achieved in the following manner: a distance of each position of the flexible fitting band away from the extension part is adjusted by adjusting an insertion depth of each column in a corresponding adjusting cavity. Thus, with fine adjustment, the whole contour fitting a human face can meet the actual contour requirement better, resulting in uniform and moderate pressure on the human face and thereby avoiding pressure ulcers. Such adjustment is simple and feasible. A shape adaptive to the face of a patient can be remained without being adjusted again when the mask is used by the same patient next time. Even through there is displacement, it can be solved by convenient and fast adjustment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION The technical solutions in the examples of the present invention are described below clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the examples of the present invention. Apparently, the described examples are merely a part rather than all of the examples of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that orientations or position relationships indicated by terms “center”, “top”, “bottom”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, etc. are orientation or position relationships as shown in the drawings, and these terms are just used to facilitate description of the present invention and simplify the description, but not to indicate or imply that the mentioned device or elements must have a specific orientation and must be established and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, these terms cannot be understood as a limitation to the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, meanings of terms "install", "connected with", and "connected to" should be understood in a board sense. For example, the connection may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection, may be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection, may be a direct connection or an indirect connection by using an intermediate medium; or may be intercommunication between two components. A person of ordinary skill in the art may understand specific meanings of the foregoing terms in the present invention based on a specific situation.
This example is set forth progressively.
A ventilator mask includes a mask body | having an extension part 11 for extending adaptively to a human face, and a flexible fitting band 2 made of rubber for covering the extension part 11, where the flexible fitting band 2 includes a fixing part 21 for fitting a rear face, relative to the human face, of the extension part 11, a fitting part 22 disposed on a side, close to the human face, of the extension part 11, and a connecting part 23 for connecting the fixing part 21 and the fitting part 22, where a plurality of columns 21a which extend through and are fixedly connected to holes in the extension part 11 are evenly disposed on the fixing part 21. Here, how close the columns 214 are arranged will affect the final adjustment precision, and the closer they are arranged, the higher the precision is. However, this may increase the difficulty of adjustment and needs to be chosen as required. Adjusting cavities 22a for covering ends of the columns 21a are formed in the fitting part 22. A distance between a portion of the fitting part 22 and the extension part 11 1s adjusted by inserting the columns 21a in the adjusting cavities 22a at a depth.
As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, since masks of all models may be prone to cause pressure on part of a human face due to difference in human face contour, the flexible fitting band 2 is provided in this example to flexibly adjust the extension part 11 which is rigid, specifically in the following manner: When the mask is not used, the flexible fitting band 2 and the mask 1 can be separated or assembled together. In first use, a distance of each position of the flexible fitting band 2 away from the extension part 11 can be adjusted by adjusting an insertion depth of each column 21a in the corresponding adjusting cavity 22a. Thus, with fine adjustment, the whole contour fitting a human face can meet the actual contour requirement better, resulting in uniform and moderate pressure on the human face and thereby avoiding pressure ulcers. Such adjustment is simple and feasible. A shape adaptive to the face of a patient can be remained without being adjusted again when the mask is used by the and same patient next time. Even through there is displacement, it can be solved by convenient and fast adjustment.
The relation between an outer contour of the column 21a and an inner contour of the adjusting cavity 22a needs to be controlled, so that the insertion depth of the column 21a in the adjusting cavity 22a can be changed only by applying a certain force. Interference fit may be one solution. With this solution, the mask can remain stable in use.
A portion, fitting the human face, of the fitting part 22 is of a curved surface structure,
rendering the fitting portion more flexible and avoiding influence of a sharp portion on the human face.
As preference to the above example, a shape of flexible fitting band 2 1s obtained by scanning a contour 24 along an edge contour line of the extension part 11. In this way, the 5 processing difficulty of the flexible fitting band 2 can be reduced on the one hand, and on the other hand, and better fitting thereof to the extension part 11 can be achieved.
Besides, with an even contour shape, the adjustment in the above example is easier to control.
It is necessary to ensure that the edge contour line for scanning in the extension part 11 passes through points in the contour 24, and a point 24a in FIG. 5 and the edge contour line lla in FIG. 1 satisfy this case.
An external contour of a portion, fitting the human face, of the contour 24, is circular-arc-shaped, as shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 7. The circular-arc-shape contour allows for an increase in area of thrust surface and a reduction in partial pressure under pressure.
To further improve the comfort and convenience of use, an interior of the fitting part 22 is of a cavity structure 22b.
With the cavity structure 22b, the changing of the shape along with a human face contour can be more sensitive, and adaptive changing of the shape and pressure sensing can be faster and gentler.
An outer surface of the fitting part 22 is sunken inwards to form the adjusting cavities 22a.
Partial sinking of the fitting part 22 may also play a part in structural strengthening.
However, the sunken bottom here preferably does not fit an inner wall of the cavity structure 22b, thereby avoiding discomfort of use due to formation of partial strengthening points in the fitting portion of the fitting part 22 with a human face.
Preferably, an exterior of each of adjusting cavities 22a formed by sinking of the fitting part 22 is of a planar structure 22c.
With the planar structure 22c, after the flexible fitting band 2 1s assembled, the plane is approximately parallel to the extension part 11 by means of the elasticity of the rubber such that each column 21a can be better guided into the corresponding adjusting cavity 22a, thereby avoiding the difficulty of adjustment due to a large angle deviation.
To further ensure the adjustment precision in use, a protruding edge 23a parallel to the fixing part 21 is formed on an inner wall of the connecting part 23, and a gap between the fixing part 21 and the protruding edge 23a allows an edge of the extension part 11 to be inserted therein.
As shown in FIG. 8, with the protruding edge 23a, the extension part 11 and the fixing part 21 are not easy to separate after fitting, thereby ensuring the accuracy of a distance between a portion of the fitting part 22 and the extension part 11 during adjustment.
The protruding edge 23a does not protrude too much so long as a stopping effect is achieved, otherwise the assembling difficulty of the flexible fitting band 2 relative to the mask body 1 may be increased.
As preference to the example, to further improve the assembling convenience of the flexible fitting band 2, the bottom of each of the columns 21a is shaped as a cone, and the top of the cone is a cylinder. As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the cylinder is inserted in the corresponding adjusting cavity 22a, and the cone is fixed to the extension part 11. The cone can be guided by the converged structure thereof to enter the corresponding hole in the extension part 11 smoothly. With the elasticity of the rubber, the cone presses against the inner wall of the corresponding hole to achieve fixation. As can be seen in FIG. 10, a portion, provided with the adjusting cavities 22a, of the fitting part 22a makes the whole flexible fitting band 2 more adaptable to a human face because of a variable distance between this portion and the extension part 11. A fitting portion of the fitting part 22 can further improve the comfort, and the elasticity of this portion and the gentle shape allow the structure with an adjusted main body to fit a human face better.
